These provisions are intended to regulate the sale of products offered by DL INTERIORDESIGN company operating on the Internet through the website www.dl-interiordesign.es
DL INTERIORDESIGN is a company dedicated to the sale of furniture, small household items and decoration.
All the sections that make up these Terms and Conditions of Use must be known and accepted by all users who access the website and shop through it.
With regard to intellectual property, reference should be made to the provisions of the Legal Notice on the www.dl-interiordesign.es website. However, it should be noted that the public information contained on the website, software, products or services you can obtain from them, as well as trademarks, products and logos, among others, of companies and centers of the services offered are protected by the laws on intellectual property, so it does not authorize the copying, transmission, transfer, disposal or use by the user without prior express consent of DL INTERIORDESIGN of the owner of the trademarks or logos, under the terms provided in the Spanish Law on Intellectual Property.

However, if the lack of service is due to causes beyond DL INTERIORDESIGN’s control such as prolonged interruption of any external supply, crashes of the main nodes of the network, social conflicts, actions of third parties, or the temporary suspension of the service due to the need to update the equipment, DL INTERIORDESIGN cannot guarantee the re-establishment of the service in an efficient way, where it disclaims liability for any damages that arise from the lack of service.
DL INTERIORDESIGN shall be liable only and exclusively for the services it provides itself and for the contents directly originated by DL INTERIORDESIGN or identified with its Copyright. Such liability is excluded in cases of force majeure or in cases where the configuration of the user’s equipment is not adequate to allow the proper use of the Services offered by DL INTERIORDESIGN.
DL INTERIORDESIGN is not liable for the appearance of ads indexed in search engines outside the Portal once they have been removed from our databases. You accept full liability for the legality of your actions under the laws that apply to you, as well as for the legality of the items that you advertise on our website.

PLACING AN ORDER
To purchase our products, you must log in or register as a user of our website.
To register as a user, DL INTERIORDESIGN will collect a series of data from you that are necessary to process the purchase of the products selected by you. If you do not provide them, you will not be able to purchase online.
Unless you inform us otherwise, we will assume that your data have not been modified, that you undertake to notify us of any variation and that we have the consent to use them in order to enhance the relationship between the parties. The user must provide a valid email address during the purchasing process.

At the moment of the formalization of the order through the website www.dl-interiordesign.es it is understood that the user has given consent for the validity and effectiveness of the sales contract that is binding upon the parties. DL INTERIORDESIGN will electronically store the order data.
The customer will receive a copy of the order upon receiving the product at the provided delivery address. They will also receive an invoice for the order by email.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
Once you have chosen the products you want to buy, you will have to go to the section called “Cart” or “Buy now”, where you will find a summary of the products chosen. Then you must follow the steps indicated on the website by accessing “complete purchase” and fill in the purchase data.
Afterwards, you must accept the order with payment obligation by clicking on the “Checkout” button and the confirmation will be sent to you by email.
The contract between the User and DL INTERIORDESIGN will be considered to have concluded once DL INTERIORDESIGN sends confirmation of the purchase to the e-mail address provided by the customer, which will be confirmed within a maximum of 24 hours.
The products offered by DL INTERIORDESIGN are sold at the price shown on the website at the time of registration of the order by the user. Prices are stated in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). DL INTERIORDESIGN reserves at all times and unilaterally the right to change the price of products and services offered through www.dl-interiordesign.es. To provide the customer with certainty and security in the price of their products, the price will be that which is in force in the advertising when formalizing the order.
Once the product is in stock and the order is approved by DL INTERIORDESIGN, it will have a minimum shipping time of 24 hours to a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Delivery times are indicative. These deadlines will be met provided that the customer has provided the details of name and address correctly. DL INTERIORDESIGN can bring forward the delivery date of an order, whereby the customer undertakes to receive the order when such delivery occurs.
On special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany or special holidays, the delivery times indicated are not guaranteed due to the high volume of goods in transport companies. After holiday periods, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of outstanding shipments.
PLACE AND MANNER OF DELIVERY
The delivery of the products will be made to the address designated at the time of contracting by the user. The subsequent modification of the delivery address by the client may generate additional costs over the sales price that will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Likewise, in purchases of large furniture, delivery will be made to the address established by the buyer when processing the order at street level. If the customer wishes the product to be brought up to their home, they will have to pay an additional amount. Such amount will be established in the options to be chosen when processing the order on the website.
The goods will be delivered to the client by the transport company, together with a delivery note that will state the data identifying the customer, the order and the number of products that make up the shipment. If the customer finds any errors or that the goods are visibly damaged upon receipt, they must record such facts on the delivery note of the carrier and make these facts known to DL INTERIORDESIGN within 24 hours by calling the Customer Service number at 876 645 229 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer can also pick up the delivery at one of the locations of the NACEX transport company.
The products offered by DL INTERIORDESIGN can only be sent to addresses on the Spanish mainland, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs will be chosen by the customer from the following table.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The customer may pay for the order in one of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

All products offered on the www.dl-interiordesign.es website are covered by the commercial warranty of the supplier. For such a warranty to be valid, the product must have a factory defect and the customer must keep the receipt for the product. The warranty only covers defects of origin, i.e., it excludes deterioration of the product due to normal use, as well as breakage or wear due to improper use or handling of the product, which in any case will be the responsibility of the customer.
DL INTERIORDESIGN has an after-sales service. While the warranty is in force, the customer may enforce it by contacting DL INTERIORDESIGN through its email address firstname.lastname@example.org or through its customer service phone 876 645 229 to report the incident in question.
The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the day the customer receives the product, with no penalty and with no need to state a reason.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification by telephone to the Customer Service number 876 645 229, by e-mail to email@example.com or by sending the letter of withdrawal provided at www.dl-interiordesign.es or to the postal address Polígono la Unión 11, Naves 4-5, C.P. 50.013 Zaragoza, Spain.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the following are exempt from withdrawal: supplies of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to DL INTERIORDESIGN, and cover the cost of return, to the address located at Polígono la Unión 11, Naves 4-5, C.P. 50.013 Zaragoza, Spain, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The term will be understood to be ended if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. To avoid problems during transport, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition and, if everything is correct and in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid. The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the product.
It must be made absolutely clear that no monies will be refunded in the event that the product has been damaged, is not in its original packaging or has been used.
Refunds of the monies received from the customer will be made using the same means of payment employed by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. DL INTERIORDESIGN is not obliged to refund the amount until it has received the product or until the customer has submitted proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
In case of unjustified delay by DL INTERIORDESIGN with respect to the return of the sums paid, the consumer and user may claim to be paid twice the amount due, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of that amount.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that the product received by the customer is not in good condition due to any defect or damage not attributable to the customer, they are entitled to return the product by informing DL INTERIORDESIGN of the reason for return, along with photographs of the damaged or deteriorated product, to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or at the postal address listed in the section on claims. DL INTERIORDESIGN will assume the cost of the return and will proceed to replace the defective or damaged product with a new one.
These conditions of use and sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event one of the clauses of these conditions is void, this will not affect the other conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTES
The relationship between DL INTERIORDESIGN and the user shall be governed by Spanish law in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Teruel.
